Nothing I love more than good ol' instagram. The app that has seriously taken over my life. Mostly because I love looking at beautiful things and there are some fantastic grammers out there that really just cheer me up everyday. Vogue + Instagram + Editorial = love at first sight. The fashion bible decided to take their high res pictures down some notches and add a Valencia filter through the hands of photographer MICHAEL O'NEAL. The images where shot around New York City with the beautiful ARLENIS SOSA and they really turned out trés belle.

My posts have been lacking lately and I apologize! School has been awfully busy. I have finals for the last time as an undergrad. I can't believe how time has flown. In exactly thirteen days I will be graduating. I'm excited, nervous, anxious, and happy all at the same time. I'm thrilled for whats to come but I'm also extremely nervous to be leaving home in August. I've been an emotional wreck and I'm hoping after finals, I start enjoying all these coming changes.
If you follow me on INSTAGRAM, you've probably seen me posting a lot of pictures of art lately. Well, like I said, it is the end of the semester when all my artsies are turning in their projects and displaying them. I absolutely love this time of year because I get to see what everyone has worked on from all the different departments. The image above (left) was located in the VAC and I wish I had grabbed the students name that made this but unfortunately, I forgot. It was a fantastic piece though.
I've been making far too many trips to Starbucks lately and my caffeine intake is probably at an unhealthy level but its the only thing keeping me going at this point. I seriously cannot wait to be done!
Hope you all had a happy weekend and if you're in the middle or about to start finals too, good luckk! I wish you all the best!

Hello my darlings!
I'm backkk. I apologize again for taking so long to post. Life has really been hectic and it's going to continue for the next week but I love updating my blog so I will be taking the time to do so. Here's what I've been up to for the past week...
ONE: I went to Orlando with my family for spring break. I was able to see my older brother who is currently attending Harvard Grad. His break unfortunately was the week before so I only saw him for a couple days but it was nice catching up. We stayed at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton at the Grande Lakes. It was really lovely and we enjoyed ourselves.
TWO: I was absolutely thrilled to go to Harry Potter land at Islands of Adventure. I'm a huuuuge Harry Potter fan and being there riding all the rides and drinking far too much Butter Beer was the highlight of my trip.
THREE: I have seen this blk. water on tumblr so much when I found a store that sold it, I just had to purchase some to try. Thankfully, it just tasted like very clean water. I might add though, it was a little trippy drinking it every time and expecting a different taste...so i'll stick to clear water.
FOUR: Found these incredible Céline (similar here) shoes at Saks Fifth. They were the perfect white pointed toe with a great geometric heel. Simplistic, edgy, and feminine. I fell in love. Sadly, the price tag was a bit far out of my range so I had to kindly set them back in their beautiful white box.
Hope you all had a great week and a fantastic spring break if you had one.

This Weekend, I was able to get away from Boulder for a little while and head up to Vail with some friends for the Burton US Open. We were a little more excited about the great restaurants and shopping but we were able to see the Santigold concert Saturday night after the competitions.
ONE: I had lunch at this fantastic restaurant, The Mountain Standard. It was so mountain chic with heavy wooded decor and glasses made from recycled wine bottles. I loved it. The food and service was fantastic as well. Can't wait to go back.
TWO: A picture of my friend Kelly as we sipped champagne and started off with the Cajun peel-and-eat shrimp.
THREE: At the Veuve Cliqcuot party at Matsuhisa. We got to drink a little more champagne and enjoy Santigold's sound check which excited us for the concert that night. I was fortunate enough to win a Veuve Snowboard in a raffle. So excited to hang it on my wall. (My obsession with Veuve is a bit out of control...)
FOUR: We went shopping in Vail Village and came to this super cute trendy boutique, Perch. It was so chic with lots of great designer clothing and beautiful décor. We met the owner and she was so nice and dressed really pretty.
Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Bonjour mes amies! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I had a special weekend spending time with family for my younger (but very much taller) cousin's birthday as well as lots of reading for my Seminar class on Manet. I'm absolutely loving this class right now and I'm really enjoying finding out more about this brilliant artist as well as reading a few tons of essays written on him as well. So curling up in bed with this book Saturday morning was lovely. I've also been getting super excited for Valentine's Day and I'm starting to narrow it down to the fact that I get to wear pink and red in the middle of winter season and stuff my face with chocolate and candy hearts. Yeah, that's about right.
Well, back to the books it is for me! Here's to a great start to your week, HAPPY MONDAY!

As much as Instagram feels like it's a cliché now, I can't get enough of it. I love choosing filters for my images (Valencia please) and having a mini album with me all the time. I also, have some favorite users. They seem to take Instagram to a whole 'nother level, to an art form per say. Take a look...

7.02.2012
I apologize for my lack of updates! I have been on vacation in Hawaii for the past week and still have a little while to go. It's been such a great time just relaxing with a good book on the beach or poolside. This seriously has been the only summer that I decided not to take college courses and it feels so good to not have any obligations. Oh, and probably the greatest part of my summer is that I finally get to read books that aren't school related, so thrilled! Hope everyone is having a fantastic summer so far and I'm hoping to get a couple more updates in before I head back home.

Well my summer has finally begun to feel like summer! I am so thrilled about it because I feel like it's the first time in a while that I have been able to relax and enjoy having some free time. So, here is what I have been up to via my favorite app in the world, instagram.
1. I'm not much of a soda drinker but something about summer and drinking cola is so refreshing. Plus, the red can matched my nails that day, ha.
2. I have spent some time with my parent's and came back to my old room where I found this gem. A picture of me at senior prom with one of my best guy friends. I can't believe it's been almost 5 years since this picture was taken! Where has the time gone! Welp, wherever it has gone, I have such great memories from that night and I still love the dress I wore.
3. Spending time at my parent's means gourmet meals all day. My mother is an incredible cook and I love being able to have home cooked meals. These are some delicious pancake balls she made filled with jelly. Needless to say, I have to work out twice as much when I come home!
4. I was able to attend the Yves Saint Laurent Exhibit at the Denver Art Museum and I couldn't have loved it more. Such an inspirational experience and to stand in the presence of his most icon designs was absolutely brilliant. If you are in the Denver area, make sure to check it out! It will be there until July and if you're a student, bring your ID to get a discount on the exhibit.
Hope you all are having a great week so far and follow me on Instagram for more pictures at @mindy_erazo.

1. I received the April issue of Marie Claire magazine featuring Leighton Meester whom I LOVE. I haven't had enough time to sit down and read through it all yet but I'm definitely making some time now that I'm on break.
2. I just bought some new Essie nail polish that is the perfect mix of red and orange for spring time and this Low Luv ring in a vintage gold color. It's a fun ring with the perfect edge. You can find it here.
3 & 4. I did some shopping with my Mother this weekend and we stumbled upon Two Hands Paperie. It's a beautiful paper store that is bursting with elegant stationary, art books, and anything and everything you could want for paper options. As an artist, I literally was in a mini heaven. We spent about an hour just browsing and I ended up purchasing some much needed moleskin notebooks. I will be back their soon though to buy nice papers and for some of the most whimsical celebration cards.
Hope everyone had a fantastic week and weekend and Happy Monday!
